Kocaeli Barosu tarafından düzenlenen Çalışma Yaşamının
Güncel Sorunları toplantılarının on birincisi bu yıl 27 Nisan’da Kocaeli
Ticaret Odası Meclis Salonunda yapıldı. Toplantının ilk oturumundaki davetli
konuşmacılardan biri de Fakültemiz öğretim üyesi Doç. Dr. K. Ahmet Sevimli idi.
Yargıtay 9. Hukuk Dairesi Başkanı Doç. Dr. Seracettin
Göktaş'ın başkanlığını yaptığı “İşçinin Kişilik Değerlerine Saldırının Bir
Türü: Psikolojik Taciz (Mobbing)” başlıklı oturumda Doç. Dr. K. Ahmet
Sevimli ile birlikte Yargıtay 9. Hukuk Dairesi tetkik hâkimi Dr. İlkay
Tüysüzoğlu da yer aldı.
Yargıtay 10. Hukuk Dairesi üyesi Ali İnceman’ın başkanlığını
yaptığı “Kurumun Sağlık Hizmeti Sağlama Yükümlülüğü ve Sınırları” başlıklı
ikinci toplantının davetli konuşmacıları ise Marmara Üniversitesi Hukuk
Fakültesi öğretim üyesi Prof. Dr. Nurşen Caniklioğlu ve Yargıtay 10. Hukuk
Dairesi tetkik hâkimi Özgür Kılınçoğlu idi.
Yüksek Yargının
başkan ve üyeleri, yargıçlar, akademisyenler ve İş Hukuku ve Sosyal Güvenlik

The eleventh of the Current Problems of Working Life meetings organised by the Kocaeli Bar Association was held on 27 April this year at the Kocaeli Chamber of Commerce Assembly Hall. One of the guest speakers in the first session of the meeting was Assoc. Prof. Dr. K. Ahmet Sevimli, a faculty member of our School.
The speakers of the session titled "A violation of the employee's personality rights: Psychological harassment (mobbing)", chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Seracettin Göktaş, President of the 9th Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation, were Assoc. Prof. Dr. K. Ahmet Sevimli and Dr. İlkay Tüysüzoğlu, rapporteur judge of the 9th Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation
Ali Inceman, a member of the 10th Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation, chaired the second meeting titled "The Obligation of the Institution to Provide Health Services and its Limits" and the guest speakers of the second meeting were Prof. Dr. Nurşen Caniklioğlu, lecturer at Marmara University Faculty of Law, and Özgür Kılınçoğlu, examining judge at the 10th Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation.
The video recording of the meeting, which was attended by the presidents and members of the Supreme Judiciary, judges, academics and lawyers working in the field of Labour Law and Social Security Law, is available on the Kocaeli Bar Association website and the Bar Association's Youtube channel.
