Abstract

A four-year-old cat was admitted with signs of lethargy and abdominal distention. Based on clinical, haematological and pathological findings and on diagnostic imaging, a diagnosis of hydrometra was made. This paper describes secondary hydrometra with septal formations, associated with local cystic endometrial hypernlasia. [Nak D et al (2011) Aust Vet Practit 41:9]
