Objectives:
What do you want to achieve by implementing the project? Green VET-Education is
pivotal to counter the growing ESG risk vulnerability of SMEs and their
increased demand for ESGskilled personnel. PEARL aims to empower the VET Sector
to fill these ESG knowledge gaps. Based on state-of-the-art digital learning
resources our objective is to seamlessly integrate actionable ESG literacy into
VET programs. This approach strengthens the resilience and adaptability of SMEs
to a changing competitive environment and also promotes sustainable business
practices.
Implementation:
What activities are you going to implement? Based on a thorough needs analysis,
PEARL uses a train-the-trainer methodology, actively involving experts and
target groups from the beginning of the project. We're crafting a Knowledge
Framework, Curriculum, and detailed Modular ESG Training Materials including
comprehensive VET Packages for seamless integration in VET programs. Our unique
ESG Risk Assessment APP and ESG Toolbox offer actionable tools for SMEs. Our
Knowledge Hub fosters peer-to-peer exchange and enriched learning experiences.
Results:
What project results and other outcomes do you expect your project to have?
Studies highlight a pronounced demand for "green" VET. In alignment
with Europe's Twin Transition, PEARL strengthens the VET sector to meet the
rising demand for ESG-skilled workforce and to assist SMEs in navigating ESG
risks. We provide VET educators with essential ESG knowledge, comprehensive
teaching materials, and actionable digital tools. Our Knowledge Hub encourages
stakeholder dialogue and heightens ESG awareness, contributing to the
resilience and sustainability of Europe's economy.
