Abstract:

As health care delivery and financing is an important item in the whole world it is in Turkey. provision of health services in terms of health care in developing countries like Turkey because it is human capital and financing poses a special importance. This study will be discussed in the presentatıion of health services and financing and analysis of health expenditures between the 2005-2017 year will be held in Turkey.
