Although there are many graves from Late Antiquity in the necropolis, they haven?t been researched systematicaly until today. The majority of these graves were discovered during road construction. The paintings found in Elbeyli Hypogeum and in Bahçeboğazı Graves consists the subject of this thesis. While the paintings of Elbeyli Hypogeum have the characteristics of Early Christian Art, Bahçeboğazı Graves have wall paintings which also show the characteristics of IV. century A.D.
