The findings obtained show that both theatres converge on the phenomena of wildness and purification. In this research, which progressed by trying to determine the reasons why Theatre of Cruelty cannot maintain its existence today, it was attempted to determine the points where Theatre of Cruelty can be adapted to buffoons. For this reason, given the uncertain history of Buffoon Theatre, the historical process of buffoons was wanted to be enlightened and then the components of Buffoon Theatre founded by Jacques Lecoq were determined. As a result of this research, it was seen that the applicability of Theatre of Cruelty could be achieved with Buffoon Theatre was re-meaning without deviating from the method that Jacques Lecoq shaped.
