In this study, forming of AFS struetures from aluminum foams using different bonding methods and eomparative examination of these struetures by shear test are diseussed. Aluminum foam materials are eut to dimensions of 50x40x10 mm and these plates are fixed to the faee surfaees of Al 5457 alloy with different bonding methods and fasteners. In the last stage, these materials were subjeeted to shear test and the results were examined in detail.
