In this study, it is aimed to determine the tear properties of sulfur vulcanized carbon black filled natural rubber nanocomposite according to different temperature and time values. The study took place in 3 steps. In the first step, the carbon black filled rubber mixture is prepared in a specific formulation. In the second step, rheometer tests of this prepared rubber mixture were performed. In the third step, the rubber mixture was vulcanized at different temperatures and times and tensile-rupture, and tearing tests were performed. As a result of these tests, the most suitable temperature and parameterfor mass productionwere determined by determining the tearing behaviour of the rubber mixture prepared within the specific formulation.
