Abstract:

In this study, laser cutting machines used that in sheet metal cutting and cutting industry which produced using the composite-aluminum hybrid structure of the Y-axis that according to the current situation weightiness decrease is aimed. Computer aided design and analysis, current situation using of cage with Y-axis is compared that to performance was tested. Produced using the metallic material in cage structure Y-axis strain and motion analysis of system that performance tests were conducted to analyze the current situation. Prototype Y-axis has produced from polymer matrix compositealuminum hybrid structure material, choice of reinforcement and matrix materials for Yaxis specimen have been tested. Consequently current situation using of cage with Yaxis is that to prototype Y-axis systems in prototype-produced composite-aluminum hybrid structure for deflection, critical frequency, acceleration, velocity, machining sensibility and cutting performances were compared.
