This research was conducted to determine agronomic and quality traits of some advanced durum wheat lines improved in Bursa conditions and correlations between these traits. In this study, first grain yield, plant height, spike lenght, spikelet number/spike, seed number/spike, seed weight/spike, 1000 kernel weight, test weight, spike number/m2 gluten content, SDS, protein content were investigated over 10 advanced lines belongs to four different combinations and 1 control variety, used as plant material. When the determined values were investigated over two year means, it's found out that the values are changed in genotypes between 42.8-48.8 g in 1000 kernel weight, 80.3-82.0 kg/100 It in test weight, 385.75-525.05 kg/da in grain yield, 15.12- 27.42% in gluten content, 19.51-31.34% ml in SDS, 10.90-12.27% in protein content. In these lines, line of 65 belongs to combination of Gökgöl/Çanakkale by superior quality trahs in test weight, gluten content, SDS, protein content and line of 34 belongs to combination of Gökgöl/Atseke by both superior quality and yield traits were determined favorable genotypes. In this study, positive correlations was obtained between spikelet number/spike and seed number, seed weight/spike; seed number/spike and seed weight/spike; seed weight/spike and 1000 kernel weight; spike number/m2 and grain yield, test weig and protein content.
