Especially after the `80s, public sphere that is under the sway of modern women -symbolic agent of Westernism as from Repuclican period- met educated religious woman who has the values of modernism and Islam at the same time. Religious women who struggled to get education with their hijab in the `80s, started to play an active role in public sphere on and after `90s. In this research, alteration in religious perception and practices of women who entered the secular public sphere with their religious identity after taking part in business life is analyzed. In this study, by means of in-depth interviews with women who work in public institutions and find themselves religious, it is aimed to compare religious women?s religious attitude, practices and sensitivity before and after business life; and also tried to determine (find out) formal and cognitive alteration stages of religious woman and the causes of that alteration.
