Effect of bacillus subtilis as a fertilizer to nutrient uptake and yield of wheat

This experiment had planned to determine Bacillus subtilis Ch-13 containing microbiological fertilizers efficiency of wheats nutrition uptake and yield according to randomized block design with three replications and conducted field conditions. Pehlivan which is a bread wheat variety had used in experiment. To avoid phosphorus deficiency during the vegetative stage while researching nitrogen uptake efficiency, 5 kg P da-1 TSP had applied to soil as base fertiliser. Nitrogen levels (N0 (0 kg N da-1 ), N10 (10 kg N da-1), N15 (15 kg N da-1) and N20 (20 kg N da-1)) which is subject of experiment had applied with ammonium nitrate (NH4NO3). Microbiological fertilizer levels (BS0, BS1) applied by pulverizating to seeds. In result of experiment, wheats weight(fresh weight) was mesured between 503,33 kg da-1 (N0BS0) to 1340,66 kg da-1 (N20BS0) and 32,76% (N15) increased and yield was mesured between 98,54 kg da-1 (N0BS0) to 472,40 kg da-1 (N20BS0) and 16,24% increase determined (N15). Seed nitrogen percent determined 14,94% (N0BS0) to 18,96% (N15BS1) and shoot nitrogen percent determined 3,45% (N0BS0) to 6,34% (N20BS0). As a result of experiment, Bacillus subtilis's effect of wheats shoot nitrogen percents (N0: +8,29% - N10: -7,70% - N15: -9,52% - N20 -39,06%) had found statistically significant while seed nitrogen percent increases did not. It's determined that Bacillius subtilis application had statistically significant effective to seeds phosphorus content while there is no statistically significant effect measured on wheats shoot phosphorus and, seed and shoot potassium content. Bacillus subtilis Ch-13 as a fertilizer had increased wheat yield and seed nitrogen content.
