Abstract:

The process of globalization has brought along a number of economic and social problems in the equitable sharing of the blessings of economic development among the social classes. Poverty caused by globalization and inequality in income distribution are among the serious problems not only in developing countries but also in the whole world. In this study, globalization, income distribution and poverty concepts will be discussed globalization and the tax policies implemented in Turkey after 1980 will be considered in the process of income distribution and poverty effects.
