Abstract:The historical relationship between Judaism and Christianity has not been peaceful, and it has left next generation with a polemical literature which is a very rich source for scholarly investigation. Bittul İqqarei ha-Nozrim is one of refutations written against the Christianity in the middle ages. Indeed, Crescas wrote two anti-Christian polemics in the vernacular. But the other polemic did not survive. This thesis is composed of an introduction and three chapters. The first chapter is about refutations against the Christianity in Jewish Culture. In the second chapter Crescas's philosophical arguments against trinity, incarnation and virgin birth have been discussed. The third chapter mainly investigates other Christian principles such as original sin, redemption from original sin, baptism, transubstantiation and coming of Messiah.
