Aim of the developed method is to express the manufacturability problems encountered in machining processes as contradictions of basic parametres which belong to the machining processes and defining a method for reaching solution reccommendations which can be applied to remove the contradiction. Firstly in order to get the solution recommendations, problems must be stated in form of a contradiction between two parameters.DFM (Design for manufacturuing). literature and various design and problem solving methods have been used and inspected to determine the solution recomendations. In addition to that, solution reccomendations of experienced designers have been also collected. DFM is a semi-problem solving method that is used to eliminate probable manufacturing problems of a product during the design phase. Inventive problem solving method TRIZ has been benefitted to sort various design and solution reccomendations and then to get the appropriate solution reccomendations. TRIZ methodology which has been developed by Russian Scientist Genrich Saulovich Altshuller after studing thousands of patents throughly, presents a systematic way for solving problems. In the developed method Basic parameters have been sorted for ease of use and transferred to a matrix. Solution recomendations have been placed at the intersections of columns and rows.
