Abstract:

In this study, it was aimed to reveal the differences between mineral contents and antioxidant properties of different vine cultivars grown in the same soil contitions. In this study, Trakya İlkeren, Superior seedless, Yalova İncisi, Cardinal, Alphonse Lavallee, Mevlana, Pembe gemre, Barış, Red globe varieties grown in the colletion garden located in Yalova central Hacımehmet district as a research material were used fruit samples to be used in determination of leaf, soil and antioxidant capaties of vineyard were taken according toharvest time. Texture, pH , EC, lime, organic matter, total nitrojen, plantnutrients (P, SO4-S, Zn,Fe, Cu, Mn) and variable Na, K, Ca, and Mg cations wee determined in soilsamples. S, P ,Na, K,Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, B and total nitrtogen were determined in plant samples. As a result of the study Alphonse Lavallee, Cardinal, Trakya İlkeren, Pembe gemre and Red globe varieties were found to be better in terms of nutrient elementors and antioxidant properties than Yalova İncisi, Superior seedles, Mevlana and Barış varieties.
