Abstract:Different prayer topics such as zakah, hajj and umrah as need a much of importance are interpreted differently by different schools of fiqh. But too often the people who do not understand this topics and who can not check the sources of madhab becomes a cause of incorrect assessments.In the first part says about the founders and the principles, systeme of both madhab.In the second partis considered the zakah,the people who must pay out zakah and who need to get it; also explaining the amount of zakah and the goods that should payd zakah from. And last of all there speaks about opinion and arguments of madhabs Hanafî and Shafi on the subject.In the last third part says about the opinion of two madhabs about hajj and umrah; their controversial moments, is explained in comparison with the evidence.
