Abstract:

In today's Muslim societies, although Islamic law is not fully implemented, it is still applied in various fields in some Muslim countries. Especially the Law of Family and Debts, which is one of the most applied areas of the Islamic law. In these areas, there have been intellectual arguments among Islamic sects about certain issues. In some issues, the main four Sects have different but close views, while in some issues one of the four Sects has adopted totally different views from the other three Sects. In this study, we discussed the issues in which the Maliki Sect is different from the other main three sects in the Family and Debts Law. We have analyzed the views of Malikis and Other Sects on these issues, together with their evidence. Since the main subject of the thesis is about the Maliki Sect, the first chapter of our study was devoted to information about Imam Malik and the spread of His Sect. The second chapter discussed Family Law and the third chapter contained Law of Debts. Finally, a general evaluation was made as a conclusion.
