Abstract:

The main goal of this research was to determine 6th and 7th grade students’perceptions of family, teacher and school administration on their democratic attitude development. The research was based on descriptive model. First, the conceptual context of the research was constructed and then questionnaire was deloped in order to collect the necesary data. For this aim, related literatures on the subject were studied. The research was divided into four chapters. In the first chapter, the problem, goals, importances, assumptions and constraints of the research were described. The conceptual base of the research was examined. The second chapter explained the research methodology, which describes the population, sample, and the process of the research. In the thirth chapter, the collected data were analysed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) for Windows. This process included different statistical techniques like frequency distribution, percentage, χ2 (Chi-square) tests. In the last chapter, conclusions of the research were drawn from the data analyses and the conceptual base.
